Evan Williams

I am a southern California native, and I’ve always known I wanted to be an attorney. With that in mind, I focused my education and efforts on becoming the best lawyer I can be. While in college, I worked for a small law firm in southern California, learning what it is to be a lawyer. In law school, I concentrated on classes and activities that would allow me to become the most effective advocate for clients and resource for colleagues. It was during that time in law school, that I found my passion for appellate litigation.

I chose classes while in law school that taught me advanced techniques in legal research and writing, the benchmarks of appellate litigation. From my aptitude in those classes led to my selection as a representative of Boston College Law School in the National Environmental Moot Court Competition; as well as an extern in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Since law school, I have had the opportunity to use my skills in a number of different settings. I began my career representing insurance companies at a respected mid-sized law firm. Since then, my practice has consisted of independent work for a number of small firms and individual attorneys, including California Super Lawyers. I assist these attorneys with legal research and writing at all phases of litigation from trial to appeal. My work has allowed me to gain experience in a number of different practice areas including: Criminal, Real Estate, Insurance, General Civil, Probate, Landlord-Tenant, and Administrative Law.
